7.1 14-Day No-Reason Return Policy
We offer a 14-day no-reason return policy for items in their original, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging and tags. The return period begins from the date you receive the item.

7.2 Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within fourteen (14) business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

7.3 PayPal Refunds
For payments made via PayPal, please be aware that refund processing may take at least fourteen (14) business days. Due to specific regional laws and PayPal’s own policies, this process may extend up to thirty (30) days in some jurisdictions. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7.4 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made toys, digital products, or items that are unsealed for hygiene reasons, are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
